Join the Paul V. Galvin Library, the Office of Community Affairs, Professor of Architecture Michelangelo Sabatino, and contributing authors as we launch the publication of Building, Breaking, Rebuilding: The IIT Campus and Chicago’s South Side (Minneapolis: University of Minnesota Press; 2024).
Lionel Kimble, Amy M. Mooney, and Mindy C. Pugh will present their chapters while Sabatino provides an overview. This event will take place on Thursday, April 25, from 5:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m. in the Schulz Auditorium and lobby of Michael Paul Galvin Tower with a walking tour of campus and live jazz at The Bog immediately following.
