Galvin Library has been proud to support the Office of Research Compliance and Proposal Development workshop series on ensuring funding and grant success. The Office of Sponsored Research has a number of resources to support proposal development and submission of research grants to various funding agencies.
Galvin Library is also pleased to support faculty as they endeavor to meet new compliance regulations for government grants. From the established and relatively well-known NIH and NSF Public Access stipulations to the developing recommendations in response to the White House’s efforts to expand public access to taxpayer-funded research, we are proud to support IIT researchers in the following ways. Librarians will be maintaining and updating the specific requirements of each agency as they come in, as it relates to making research findings, supporting materials, and datasets open to the public.
Galvin Library also maintains the Institutional Repository, where faculty can easily meet their Open Access requirements through a simple deposit of relevant materials.
