Summer Privileges Form
Completing and submitting the following form will allow the IIT student, who has not yet registered for classes, access to library resources until the start of a new semester. Library resources include IIT materials, on-site borrowing at I-Share libraries, document delivery and interlibrary loan.
Students who are registered for the Summer OR Fall 2009 semester have library privileges throughout the intersession and DO NOT NEED this form.
If you are unsure if your library privileges are current you can check with the Circulation department or stop by the Circulation Desk on Galvin's lower level.
Privileges granted through this form last from May 17 - August 23, 2009.
By submitting this form you agree to be responsible for any fines, fees or replacement charges for damaged or lost materials; to abide by the IIT code of conduct; and adhere to the circulation policies and procedures of Galvin Library, including returning borrowed materials on time and the library's E-Resources & Computers policy.
