This site is complied by Jackie L. Cox who is a Clinical Instructor at Southern
Illinois University and Tom Lewis who is a fifth grade teacher. The Parent Handbook
covers information on what to look for in a mathematics classroom, parents are their
child's most important teachers, welcoming mathematics in your home, parents tips
for helping with homework, the role technology plays in mathematics education, NCTM
Standards, Illinois Learning Standards, and resources for parents.

From Rutgers University, this is a great site for teachers and students learning
about marine environments. Includes several student projects and accompanying
teacher's guides. Subjects include physics, biology, and earth science.
Windows to the Universe
This site provides puzzles, games, and projects for students, as well as dozens
of classroom activities in the teacher resources section. The site is also
available in Spanish.

A great site that offers over 3,000 lesson plans and activities in Math and Science
