How to use IM reference:

All you need is a computer and an IM screen name registered with one of the above services. Click on the icon of the service to get a screen name if you don not already have one. If you have a screen name, and you are using a computer that does not have instant messaging software, click on the web access links to sign on through your preferred IM platform.
